Job Title: Various Maintenance Roles (Mechanical / Electrical Bias)

Location: Fife

Purpose

Plan, maintain, and ensure the efficient operation of all plant and machinery. Regularly review systems, carry out preventative maintenance, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out maintenance and repairs on plant and machinery (mechanical and/or electrical).

Ensure all work complies with Health & Safety legislation and company policies.

Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organisation in the workshop and work areas.

Support the installation of new machinery and ensure all necessary services are in place.

Create, follow, and update regular maintenance schedules.

Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability for replacements.

Assist the maintenance team as required and provide cover when necessary.

Record labour and parts usage accurately in the maintenance system.

Work to minimise equipment downtime and support operational efficiency.

Requirements

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge and competency in maintenance (mechanical and/or electrical).

Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
