Certified Maintenance Technician – EPA/HVAC Required $23-24hr + Weekly Pay

Responsibilities Include:

Complete HVAC-related service requests and unit turns

Troubleshoot and repair heating/cooling systems

Repair and maintain appliances, electrical, and plumbing systems

Perform general maintenance tasks: painting, drywall, locks, light carpentry

Collaborate with onsite teams to maintain property standards

Requirements:

HVAC or EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) – REQUIRED

1–3+ years of apartment, commercial, or residential maintenance experience

Basic hand tools required; power tools a plus

Reliable transportation

Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and complete physical maintenance tasks
