The Chemical Analysis business provides a broad mix of analytical instruments and services to a diverse range of end-user markets. CAD serves customers in a wide-range of end markets: Mineral/Metals, Environment, Safety & Security, Food & Beverage, Nuclear/Medical, Battery, Semiconductor, BioPharma, Oil & Gas.

Your Responsibility:

Successfully implement and provide technical support for systems such as Checkweigher, X-ray, and Metal Detector.

Perform detailed installations and rigorous testing of equipment to ensure efficient performance.

Deliver world-class customer service by solving and resolving technical issues promptly and effectively.

Collaborate closely with multi-functional teams to resolve the best solutions for our clients' needs.

Maintain accurate records of service activities and provide detailed reports to management.

Your Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electronic engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Demonstrated expertise in setting up, testing, and providing technical assistance for relevant systems.

Strong technical background with a focus on engineering principles.

Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to compete in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in English and Italian – both written and verbal.

Ability to travel within Italy as required to meet client needs and abroad.

Full driving license
