Position Summary

The Field Marketing Coordinator will deploy the regional marketing strategy in line with the business objectives for France. You'll assume the responsibility for driving pipeline, demand, and lead generation in the region. This includes generating interest, enabling sales and accelerate/influence existing opportunities to create inbound leads.

The Field Marketing Coordinator will utilize regional and corporate marketing capabilities and engage closely with the in-region EMEA team to roll out marketing campaigns, as well as strategize and execute field-marketing programs. This position will report to the Sr. Marketing Manager, EMEA South

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Execution of the marketing plan in France

Drive and implement the optimal mix of marketing programs; use data to identify the most effective

channels and calls to action for the region

Work closely with the corporate PR team & local distribution houses to coordinate media/analyst activities

Manage and execute all logistics for marketing events and conferences in the region

Execute field marketing programs such as RSI executive briefings, seminars,

client/prospect dinners, live/on-demand webinars, etc.

Collaborate with corporate marketing and Sales to plan and roll out campaigns and lead nurturing for the region

Source and manage local vendors for marketing program execution such as direct mail, etc.

Manage local translations and the translation agency, ensuring the best quality of work

Support Global Client Engagement with regional user groups & program deliverables

Provide guidance on local marketing messages and material, website, campaign concept and creative

development to ensure effectiveness for the region

Facilitate and track lead distribution and follow up activities with the SDR and Sales teams

Analyze, track and measure campaigns; report metrics and overall ROI to internal stakeholders

Manage project timelines, quality issues, resources, SOW (scope of work) / budget

Monitor and report effectiveness of marketing communications

Work with Sales to build target account lists based on data/intelligence

Understand marketing automation technologies across the entire lead nurturing process

Build client relationship and support client marketing effort to improve retention and upsell

Education

Bachelor’s degree required; in marketing or communications preferred

Remote - France

Experience

Proven track record in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years of experience in the software IT services industry, focusing on the French market.

Qualifications & Skills

Fluency in English and French with strong written, editing and oral communication skills.

In depth knowledge of the French market and third- party vendors/agencies to partner with

Previous field marketing responsibility for France is essential

Ability to track, measure, analyze and communicate metrics essential

Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems such as SFDC, Marketo, Qlik.

Strong event management background.

Hands-on approach, able to manage both planning and execution across multiple priorities.

Highly self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a team environment

Tenacious problem solver with a strong work ethic, sense of urgency and desire to succeed

Ability to work within a complex matrix organization with executive management, customers, media plus internal/external stakeholders

Demonstrative lead generation results that translate into sales revenue
