We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Oncology Marketing to lead the development and execution of brand strategies for skin, lung, and cervical cancer across European Commercial Hub markets. In a typical day you will:
Develop and execute brand marketing plans for skin, lung, and cervical cancer across European markets, aligning with global strategies and budgets.
Lead local brand planning processes, analysing competitive landscapes, identifying promotional opportunities, and crafting customer-focused, differentiated messages for target audiences.
Assess strategic drivers and barriers to brand performance, proposing and implementing action plans to address business opportunities and risks.
Collaborate with Medical Affairs and cross-functional teams to create and implement aligned brand strategies and promotional activities.
Leverage globally approved brand plans and promotional materials for local use, ensuring consistency and best-practice sharing across markets.
Develop and execute external stakeholder engagement plans, including national congresses, HCP meetings, and other events.
Partner with Commercial Operations, Sales Managers, and internal stakeholders to develop and implement field plans of action, cycle meeting objectives, and communications.
Manage promotional budgets, optimizing spend rates and cycle targets while making recommendations for trade-offs throughout the planning cycle.
Capture customer insights from the sales team to ensure Regeneron Oncology addresses market needs effectively.
This role may be for you if you
Have a strong background in biotech/pharma brand marketing, with 8–10+ years of experience and expertise in managing agencies and suppliers.
Excel in planning, prioritization, communication, and presentation skills, and thrive in dynamic, constantly evolving environments.
Bring creativity, initiative, and integrity to your work, ensuring compliance with healthcare codes and regulations related to promotional activities.
Are fluent in English, with additional European language skills as a plus.
Are willing to travel 30–40% of the time, including occasional weekends for conferences and meetings.
Have experience in oncology marketing, particularly in immuno-oncology products for skin and lung cancers and have successfully launched new products.
To Be Considered:
We are looking for candidates with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferably in business or science) and 8–10+ years of biotech/pharma brand marketing experience. Expertise in oncology marketing, new product launches, and immuno-oncology products is highly preferred.
