Hours: Monday – Friday, 6:30am – 3:00pm (40 hours per week)

A day in the life of a Chef de Partie:
Prepare and cook a variety of meals to a high standard
Support the Head Chef and assist with daily kitchen operations
Set up food counters for service and serve customers during busy lunch periods
Maintain kitchen cleanliness to a high standard, including weekly cleaning tasks
Assist with deliveries and stock management
Ensure food hygiene and safety procedures are followed
Complete daily paperwork and maintain diligent records
Provide excellent customer service and report feedback or issues to the line manager
You’ll be set up for success if you have:
Experience in a similar hospitality role
Strong cooking skills and ability to work unsupervised
Excellent customer service skills
Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
