Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service and achieve service goals

Maximise sales performance and productivity

Maintain awareness of stock and inventory

Maintain high visual merchandising standards and store environment

Be aware of competitor activity and drive an omni-channel approach

Adhere to brand grooming guidelines

Maintain high standards of housekeepingQualifications

Qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience is preferred, but applicants with amateur experience demonstrating high creative and technical ability are welcome

Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service

Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment

Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
