Senior Sales Executive

The Role

• Own the client relationship and manage large project opportunities.

• Lead high-impact client engagements, presenting and selling BlastOne's innovative project methodology.

• Ensure there's always a clear next step in every sales opportunity, from lead generation to final contract signoff.

• Attend high-level client meetings-both virtually and in person.

• Lead deal reviews, manage final-stage negotiations, and secure major contracts, ensuring a smooth handoff to the project management team.

• Support pre-construction project management and assist with negotiating change orders when needed.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in capital equipment sales or industrial construction projects.

• Strong background in the industrial, construction, or capital equipment industries.

• Experience working with C-Level executives and leading complex negotiations.

• Stellar communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across teams.

• High sense of urgency and a drive to manage multiple high-impact tasks simultaneously.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
