Position Overview:

Source Office & Technology has an excellent opportunity for a Coffee Service Technician to perform service, installation, product inventories, product deliveries and equipment maintenance to customer base. Coffee Techa are responsible for customer relationships, service call closure and specific documentation of work assignments and time.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Services and installs specified coffee and beverage dispensing equipment in Colorado Front Range.

Performs scheduled and unscheduled service activities including emergency service calls, Preventative Maintenance, periodic cleanings, surveys and installations.

Maintains inventory of client product levels and submits orders to customer service.

Delivers products to customer including rotating and merchandising to specific stock areas.

Responsible for all documentation and activity verification required by the company including call closure procedures, completeness of invoice and customer signature of all required documents

Provide route relief as needed for all coffee routes.
