We’re working on behalf of a multi-award-winning Commercial Insurance Brokerage that’s looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Client Executive to join their established team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a client facing role and is looking to build on an existing book while growing their portfolio through networking and business development.

About the Role

This is a key role where you’ll take ownership of a diverse client book across multiple sectors and varying premium levels. Your remit will include servicing existing accounts and generating new business opportunities to drive continued growth. Based out of their Rawtenstall office, this is a full-time, permanent position with plenty of flexibility when required.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance clients

Prepare reports, cover summaries, and ensure all documentation meets FCA standards

Identify and act on new business opportunities through prospecting and networking

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements

Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring fair treatment of clients

Accurately maintain client records and service levels

Represent the business at trade events and industry functions

What We're Looking For

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a commercial insurance executive role within the UK

Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Solid technical knowledge of commercial insurance and Lloyd's markets

Proven ability to build and manage client relationships

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as needed

CII qualifications (Cert CII, Dip CII, or ACII) are preferred but not essential
