HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

As a passionate Ambassador of the Maison and a dynamic role model, the Boutique Deputy Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the boutique's success. Working closely with the Boutique Director, you will champion commercial performance, operational excellence, and exceptional client experiences. You will lead, inspire, and develop the boutique team, ensuring adherence to brand standards and fostering a client-centric culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Development

Lead, coach, and motivate the boutique team, fostering a high-performance environment.

Oversee day-to-day team management, providing guidance and support.

Monitor individual objectives and provide regular feedback and on-the-spot coaching to drive continuous improvement.

Collaborate with the Boutique Director to evaluate individual performance, support personal development, and identify talent.

Ensure seamless management of After Sales activities, prioritizing client satisfaction.

Champion the successful onboarding and training of new team members, setting them up for success.

Driving Boutique Performance

Actively drive boutique performance across all categories, leveraging visual merchandising to maximize impact.

Collaborate with the Boutique Director to analyze performance data, identify opportunities, and develop strategic action plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Set individual targets and cultivate a culture of continuous performance improvement through consistent monthly 1:1 meetings.

Lead the implementation and monitoring of action plans, ensuring effective execution.

Empower product category champions through dedicated action plans, maximizing their impact.

Partner with VM teams to create captivating internal and external displays, driving brand excitement and boosting commercial performance.

Ensuring Operational Excellence

Uphold impeccable boutique operations, ensuring adherence to procedures, compliance standards, and inventory control.

Oversee expenses, maintenance, and ad-hoc projects, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all boutique reports.

Champion the adoption of new services and tools, empowering the team to enhance the client experience.

Collaborate with the Boutique Director to continuously improve boutique processes and workflows.

Elevating Client Relationships & Portfolio Development

Embody the Maison's values and build strong relationships with VIP clients, acting as a key point of contact.

Champion the use of clienteling tools to enrich the client database and personalize the client experience.

Drive clienteling activities to expand the team's client portfolio, setting and monitoring KPIs to track progress.

Promote and leverage client experience tools to enhance overall client satisfaction, ensuring prompt follow-up on client feedback.

Utilize client knowledge to create meaningful connections and engagement with visitors, prospects, and clients.

Ensure a seamless client experience through effective floor management, minimizing wait times and optimizing client flow.

Provide support to Sales Associates, acting as a first point of contact for troubleshooting and guidance on policies and procedures.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

Proven retail management experience with a track record of leading teams in a client-facing environment.

Results-oriented with a strong business acumen and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Agile and adaptable, comfortable leading in complex and ambiguous situations.

Excellent analytical skills and a client-centric mindset.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team, fostering a culture of inclusivity and trust.

Fluent in Danish and English, both verbally and in writing is mandatory – proficiency in any other language is a plus.
