The MNAND Validation team at Micron is at the forefront of innovation in embedded non-volatile memory systems. We collaborate closely with design and firmware teams to ensure the highest standards of quality and performance in next-generation memory products. Our work spans across diverse markets, driving excellence in validation methodologies and product reliability.

Position Overview

As a MNAND Validation Engineer, you will play a critical role in the development and validation of cutting-edge embedded memory solutions such as Universal Flash Storage (UFS). You will be responsible for analyzing testability requirements, designing and executing validation tests, and ensuring firmware compliance with architectural and customer specifications. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, contributing directly to the success of Micron’s products in global markets.

Responsibilities

Perform requirement testability analysis for embedded non-volatile memory systems.

Design, implement, and execute validation tests for UFS and other memory technologies.

Analyze test results and identify issues related to firmware algorithms and system behavior.

Collaborate with Design and Firmware teams to ensure alignment with architecture and customer requirements.

Develop and apply innovative validation technologies and methodologies.

Support product development across multiple business segments including Automotive and Mobile.

Contribute to continuous improvement of validation processes and tools.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Proficiency in scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, C/C++).

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in a relevant technical field.

Passion for innovation and problem-solving in a fast-paced development environment.
