Business Change & Transformation Lead

You’ll lead and manage business change programmes of varying size and complexity and support P3 integration to ensure project management processes and activities are defined and unified. You’ll also help to produce the analysis to facilitate the P3 and Business Change leadership in making direction changes.

Reporting to a Head of Business Change, you’ll run a team managing business change delivery and will hold responsibility for the project success and the relevant tracking and reporting elements.

Your main responsibilities as Business Change & Transformation Lead:

· Develop the strategy for business change for a project/programme and collaborate with other change teams to optimise alignment

· Collaborate with key project stakeholders to develop project business cases, and manage benefits and develop metrics to track success/benefits in a complex situation

· Provide regular and meaningful reports to senior stakeholders on the delivery of business change management plans on the project

· Lead development of business change stakeholder management plans for complex projects.

· Develop and actively manage relationships with key internal and external project stakeholders

· Monitor, analyse and report on stakeholder feedback and insights to aid continuous improvement

· Conduct business change activities on complex projects including; Business Change Complexity Assessment, Healthcheck, Impact Assessment and Business Readiness Assessment. Perform analysis of results and identify required interventions.

· Ensure business change management activities are incorporates into project LCM activities.

· Act as an LCM Business Change Assessor for a business change project.

· Provide coaching and support to project sponsors, project managers and people leaders to help educate and build business change management capability within projects.

Your skills and qualifications:

· Degree qualified (or relevant project management experience)

· Working towards or has gained APM Chartership or equivalent

· ICP3 graduate or progressing towards completion

· CMI Change Management Practitioner or equivalent

· Recognised coaching qualification
