Job Description Summary:As an intern, you will support the Communication and Brand team across all its functions. Part of your time will be dedicated to internal and external events and activities. The rest of your time will focus on helping to organize impactful internal initiatives, supporting employer branding, and contributing to both organizational and digital communications, assisting with planning, organization, logistics, and administrative tasks.

We are looking for a motivated and proactive candidate who is eager to gain hands-on experience in Communication and Branding. This role offers a blend of creative and practical responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who is enthusiastic to learn and make a real contribution.

Job Description:

Role and Responsibilities

Assist in planning, organizing, and supporting both internal and external events, including logistics, coordination with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth operations. Help evaluate the effectiveness of events, using agreed KPIs to drive continuous improvement.

Assist in maintaining and updating the intranet and internal social channel, Viva Engage, to improve internal communications and employee experience. Track and help analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for engagement, using data to suggest improvements.

Support external digital channels, including LinkedIn and the company website, by assisting with content planning, creating graphics, and monitoring analytics

Qualifications and Experience

Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

Strong copywriting and content creation, with attention to detail.

Comfortable working closely with various stakeholders and teams.

Able to provide communication support and make suggestions.

Comfortable working to tight deadlines and managing multiple tasks.

Experience or interest in working in a multi-language environment.

Strong interpersonal skills at all levels of the business organization

Team working, problem solving, adaptability and multitasking skills.

Preferred Skills

Demonstrate a strong attitude for event planning and organization

High level knowledge of Microsoft Office Package.

Canva, Adobe suite and CMS is a plus

Analytical mind set and fast learner

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with people at all levels

A proactive, agile approach

Strong use of digital tools to support communication and event activities

Will liaise with:

Members of the Communication and Brand function

Multiple suppliers

Staff members from all business units globally

External consultants
