The Impact You'll Make

At Danfoss Drives’ PCBA factory in Gråsten, we produce high-quality printed circuit board assemblies that power frequency converters used around the world. As a Student Worker in our team, you will become part of a highly competent group of production engineers and technicians dedicated to optimizing complex manufacturing processes across production lines.

The role offers hand-on production optimization, data analysis, and technical documentation in a highly automated electronics factory.

What You’ll Be Doing

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

Cell balancing and layout changes.

Lean projects – or running own small-scale improvement projects.

CAD work and technical documentation.

Preparing and analyzing production data.

Ad hoc tasks related to production optimization and support.

Curious and structured mindset with an interest in production environment is important. A strong drive to learn, take initiative, and create visible impact is expected.

Enrolled in a bachelor's or Master’s level, preferably within Engineering, Innovation and Business with a strong passion about line optimization.

Minimum 2nd semester bachelor student.

Available >8 hours per week, with flexibility around exams and projects.

Experience with lean optimization project is an advantage.

Experience with production simulations is considered beneficial.
