Job Responsibilities
Ensure employee wellbeing through addressing non personal grievances.
Monitoring and forecasting Absenteeism and Attrition.
Ensure proper execution of employee engagement activities.
Coordinate benefits, welfare activities and HR Services.
Maintain employees' discipline.
Ensure all HR practices, policies, and procedures comply with local labor laws and regulations
Coordinate training programs and support employee development.
Person Specifications
Possess Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management,Business Administration, or related field.
Possess at least 2 years experience in the HR field.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
