Job Summary:

Job Description:
As an Ethics & Compliance Monitoring and Reporting Manager, you will play a pivotal role within our Compliance Monitoring team, driving excellence in risk management by leveraging data and analytics to support integrity-based decision-making across PwC. Your core responsibility will be to transform complex compliance data into compelling, actionable insights using tools such as Power BI, helping the firm proactively manage regulatory, litigation, and reputational risk. In this role, you will:
Drive compliance data analysis, crafting interactive dashboards and reports that tell compelling stories and drive informed decisions.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and compliance leaders across various domains (e.g., anti-corruption, privacy, regulatory) to identify data needs and reporting requirements.
Execute ongoing compliance monitoring activities, including integrity assessments and training effectiveness reviews, to ensure adherence to firm policies and procedures
Analyze, categorize, and synthesize compliance data to prepare clear, high-level recommendation summaries that inform leadership and stakeholders.
Create engaging decks and written communications to effectively convey complex compliance findings in a salient and accessible manner.
Design, implement, and refine automated data transformation processes using Alteryx, Power Query, Power Apps, or similar tools to ensure efficient, accurate, and repeatable workflows.
Develop and uphold rigorous data integrity and quality protocols, ensuring timely and secure access to compliance-related data.
Interpret complex information from multiple sources and perspectives to develop evidence-based recommendations and streamline compliance monitoring efforts.
Provide mentorship and coaching to team members, fostering their growth while promoting a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
Navigate sensitive conversations with diplomacy, demonstrating professional skepticism, independence, and ethical rigor.
Champion compliance by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of firm and regulatory requirements, driving adherence to PwC’s Code of Ethics and Business Conduct.
Identify and implement process improvements and innovative technologies to enhance program delivery and effectiveness.

Deep understanding of risk and compliance functions within multinational professional services firms, including experience performing monitoring activities that verify program effectiveness and identify enhancement opportunities.
Applying a forensic mindset to dissect datasets, identify anomalies and trends, and rigorously assess data completeness and quality to optimize accuracy and operational efficiency.
Establishing and maintaining robust data governance, quality controls, and access protocols within compliance monitoring frameworks.
Crafting clear, concise, and compelling written content tailored to diverse audiences, ensuring complex information is easily understood; Proficiency in articulating ideas succinctly and confidently in meetings, presentations, and discussions with stakeholders at all levels.
Designing engaging and visually appealing decks that distill complex data and concepts into clear, salient, and actionable insights.
Using structured storytelling techniques to guide audiences through complicated material in a logical and memorable way.
Engaging with compliance and risk leadership across various functions (anti-corruption, privacy, independence, etc.) to translate business needs into technical data and reporting solutions.
Documenting analytics workflows, data processes, and compliance procedures with clarity and precision.
Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of collaborating and delivering presentations to diverse audiences across organizational levels.

Job Requirements and Preferences:
Minimum Years of Experience: 4 - 5 years’ experience in compliance monitoring, risk management, or data analytics within a multinational or professional services environment. Proven ability to develop and deploy Power BI reports and dashboards. Experience with data transformation tools such as Alteryx, Power Query, or Power Apps.
Minimum Degree(s) and Certification(s) Required: Any Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (or equivalent)
Preferred Certifications: Microsoft Certified Data Analyst Associate (Power BI)
