Job Title: Housekeeper/Maintenance WorkerJob Description
As a Housekeeper/Maintenance Worker, you will maintain the premises, rest areas, and working spaces of offices and industrial buildings, ensuring they are clean and orderly.
Responsibilities
Dust furniture, walls, fixtures, and equipment.
Sweep, scrub, mop, wax, and buff floors.
Remove refuse and recycling.
Polish furniture, fixtures, or trimmings.
Order janitorial supplies as needed.
Clean restrooms and wash windows and mirrors.
Change air filters and keep the grounds clear of debris.
Clean refrigerators and assist with other maintenance duties as necessary.
Essential Skills
Knowledge of proper techniques and methods for cleaning various types of household and industrial surfaces and materials.
Ability to perform basic janitorial duties including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, and mopping.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Knowledge of general plumbing skills such as replacing fittings, fixing leaks, and opening clogged drains.
Knowledge of general carpentry skills with the ability to use woodworking tools like measuring devices, electrical saws, and drills.
Basic skills for easy fixes such as changing light fixtures in bathrooms or main office areas.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of KS, Wellington.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
