Dates/Coverage Needed: Beginning 12/1/25 for 3 months with the option to extend. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 5x8s. No weekends, no nights, no holidays, and no call.

Case Mix: General, GI, Cath Lab, & Peds

Support Staff/Supervision: Supervised model

Credentialing Time-Frame: 60-90 days

Active IN License: Licensed in IN or IMLC

Travel/Lodging/Rental or Mileage: Yes
