Four-day workweek, 8am-6pm - long weekends, no nights, no weekends

Compensation & Benefits

Total income potential $210K-$230K annually

Base salary $180K-$190K + wRVU & quality incentives ($30K-$40K)

Signing bonus/relocation: $10K
