Night Shift Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Ward, SC

Pay: $30–$32/hr + OT ( $80K–$90K annually)

A busy industrial processing facility in Ward, SC is seeking a Night Shift Maintenance Supervisor to lead its evening maintenance team. This is a direct-hire opportunity offering competitive pay, overtime, and long-term stability.

What You’ll Do

Supervise and work hands-on with the night maintenance crew

Troubleshoot and repair conveyors, pumps, motors (up to 250 HP), gearboxes, and boilers/steam systems

Assign work orders, prioritize tasks, and ensure safe, efficient operations

Perform preventive maintenance and support emergency repairs

What We’re Looking For

Strong mechanical background (80–85% of role is mechanical; electrical a plus)

3+ years of industrial maintenance in manufacturing, food processing, or heavy industry

Proven reliability and steady work history

Prior leadership or team lead experience required

Schedule & Pay

Fixed Nights: Monday–Friday, 7 PM–5 AM (~50 hrs/week)

No weekend or holiday work required

$30–$32/hr base + built-in overtime = $80K–$90K annual potential
