Licensed Psychologist

Job Description

Mental health practice in Metro Detroit is looking for a psychologist to administer psychological evaluations in a clinical setting. This position is ideal for those who want to get paid fairly and promptly for their work. We do not pay on a split fee or commission basis. Clinicians do not have to wait for insurance reimbursement to get paid. No experience is necessary. We will train for success. TLLP's are welcome to apply.

Job Responsibilities:

- Administering Psychological Evaluations (Some Examples Include: Neuropsychological Evaluations, Pre-Surgical Psychological Evaluations). Most evaluations will consist of assessing personality, intelligence, and memory

- Completing evaluations and reports promptly

- Showing up to work prepared and on time

- Maintaining a pleasant and professional demeanor

Additional Comments:

We provide training. No experience is necessary. The only criterion is:

A valid Michigan license

A positive/pleasant attitude

Excellent communication skills

An ability to show up to work and complete notes on time

We will accept psychologists with limited licenses (TLLP's). We have clinicians who can supervise limited licensed psychologists and sign off on their reports.

This position is flexible. Clinicians can make their own hours. Evening and weekend hours are available, but not required. There is an opportunity to grow into full-time employment if desired.

Evaluations can be completed via telemedicine. Being able to perform in-person assessments at our Dearborn office not required, but is a plus.

Starting pay ranges between $50-$60 an hour.

Approved candidates will be paid as an independent contractor.

Full-time and Part-time hours are available.
