What you will do
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Specialist to join our dynamic HR Operations team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes, maintaining accurate employee records, and delivering exceptional support to both employees and management. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and quality of our HR services.
How you will do it
HR Administration
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
Process new hire documentation, including offer letters, onboarding, and orientation materials.
Manage digital and physical HR filing systems in line with company policies and legal requirements.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of all HR-related information for employees and contractors.
Support team members in administrative and transactional tasks across various HR Centers of Expertise and Business Units.
Employee Support
Provide high-quality support throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding.
Utilize service center tools and customer service skills to manage inquiries and deliver consistent, high-quality support.
Process Improvement
Identify opportunities to enhance HR processes and contribute to the implementation of best practices.
Collaborate on HR projects and initiatives to drive operational excellence.
What we look for
Required
1–2 years of experience in a service delivery environment, ideally within HR, Operations, or an HR Service Center.
Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
High attention to detail with excellent planning and organizational abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
· Experience in using a database management system is required, working knowledge of any HR Information System, i.e. Workday, will be an advantage.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Experience with tools such as ServiceNow and SharePoint.
Experience using database management systems; familiarity with HR Information Systems (e.g., Workday).

The gross monthly salary for this position starts from 1,800 EUR per month, plus a monthly bonus that starts after your first 6 months. Please note this is a minimum salary and our compensation packages are based on your professional experience and qualifications.
