Vascular and Interventional Radiologist

Job Summary

Geisinger Health System is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Vascular and Interventional Radiologist (VIR) to join our expanding academic radiology department in Lewistown, PA. This is a full-time, hospital-employed position offering a 100% Interventional Radiology practice in a collaborative, innovative environment.

Job Duties

Practice100% Interventional Radiologyin a high-volume, tertiary care setting

No call or weekend coverage - excellentwork-life balance

Dedicated IR outpatient clinic with advancedstate-of-the-art angiography suite

Perform a wide range of VIR procedures includingoncologic interventions, dialysis access, musculoskeletal (MSK) procedures,venous/arterial procedures,ultrasound-guided, andCT-guided procedures.

Join a team of 12 IR physicians, supported by APPs, nurses, and technologists

Participate inresident and fellow education,clinical research, andmultidisciplinary conferences

Access to 3D imaging, 3D printing lab, and machine learning tools for translational research
