We are seeking a driven District Manager to oversee the performance and operations of multiple Midas locations. The District Manager is responsible for ensuring store-level profitability, maintaining strong customer satisfaction, and leading, developing, and holding store managers accountable. This role requires a balance of operational expertise, leadership, and business acumen to achieve aggressive sales and growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations across multiple store locations to ensure consistent performance and adherence to company standards.

Drive revenue growth by monitoring KPIs such as sales, car count, average repair order, labor productivity, and customer retention.

Recruit, coach, and develop store managers and their teams to achieve operational and sales excellence.

Implement and enforce company policies, processes, and performance expectations across all stores.

Monitor financial performance, including P&L management, budgets, and expense control.

Partner with senior leadership to execute strategic initiatives, including new store development and acquisitions.

Maintain a strong customer service culture while driving operational efficiency.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a District Manager or Area Manager in the automotive or similar retail industry\

Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store performance.

Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.

Financial acumen, including P&L management and budgeting

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Valid drivers license; ability to travel regularly between store locations.
