We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily business activities, manage resources efficiently, and ensure that organizational goals are met. The Operations Manager will be responsible for streamlining processes, leading teams, and improving performance across departments. The ideal candidate is highly organized, a strong communicator, and skilled at problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies and procedures.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning to optimize resources.
Lead and motivate teams to meet productivity and performance targets.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to senior management.
Ensure compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
Coordinate with other departments (sales, HR, finance, logistics, etc.) to achieve business goals.
Resolve operational issues quickly and effectively to minimize disruption.
Manage vendor and supplier relationships to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
3–8 years of proven experience in operations management or a similar leadership role.
Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Solid understanding of business and financial principles.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite and ERP/CRM systems.
Ability to analyze data and prepare detailed reports.
