Senior Team Lead, Quality Management

Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled professional to assume the role of Health and Wellness Director. This leadership position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our assisted living and memory care departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversight of departmental operations, ensuring seamless delivery of services

Hiring, training, and development of the care team, emphasizing high-performing results

Leadership direction to management team members, including Memory Care Directors, Care Coordinators, administrators, and nurses

Direct resident evaluation and service planning, documenting accurate assessments in electronic systems

Medical technician oversight and delegation of nurse duties to unlicensed personnel

Requirements:

Empathy for seniors

Strong leadership skills with a focus on developing and leading successful care teams

Active RN licensure

Experience in Assisted Living, Geriatric Nursing, Gerontology, and/or Dementia Care

Proven ability in budgeting and cost control measures

Knowledge of creating and implementing service plans, medication management systems, infection control practices, and safety procedures

Skills in promoting teamwork, leadership, employee empowerment, and responsiveness to residents
