Are you a skilled construction professional who thrives on managing projects from start to finish? We’re looking for a Construction Superintendent to oversee construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and on budget. This is a full-time, on-site role.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
Oversee site safety, including adherence to OSHA and other applicable guidelines.
Coordinate schedules, budgets, and resources across multiple projects.
Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to keep projects on track.
Use project management software and tools to monitor progress and document work.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role.
Strong knowledge of construction operations, processes, and site management.
Familiarity with scheduling software and project management tools.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred.
Certifications such as CCM (Certified Construction Manager) or PMP (Project Management Professional) are a plus.
Clean driving record.
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time (preferred).
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of construction experience (preferred).
Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts
On-call, overtime, and weekend work as needed
