About the Farm

We are a 2,000-acre row crop operation producing corn, wheat, milo, and soybeans. Half of the acres are irrigated with natural gas engines and center pivots, and half are dryland. We are seeking motivated farm hands to join our team and support daily operations across the farm.

Job Responsibilities

As a Farm Hand, you will assist the Farm Manager with:

Operating tractors, combines, trucks, and other farm equipment.

Assisting with planting, spraying, cultivating, and harvesting crops.

Running and maintaining irrigation systems (center pivots, engines, wells).

Performing routine equipment maintenance and basic mechanical repairs.

Handling and loading seed, fertilizer, and chemicals as directed.

General farm labor, including fencing, shop work, and grounds upkeep.

Requirements

Previous farm or heavy equipment experience preferred, but willing to train motivated workers.

Ability to work long hours during peak seasons (planting & harvest).

Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to follow instructions.

Mechanical skills a plus.

CDL or farm truck driving experience preferred but not required.

Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions.

Compensation

Competitive hourly pay or salary based on experience.

Overtime available during peak seasons.

Housing and other considerations may be available for the right candidate.
