Responsibilities:
· Schedule client meetings
· Confirm meeting by text and email
· Manage calendars for advisors
· Assist in client data meeting prep
· Distribute mail and scan checks
· Answer and direct incoming calls
· Assist in proofing and sending letters
· Copying, scanning, and electronic filing
· Planning client events
· Following up with prospects from each event
· Posting on Facebook and LinkedIn
Qualifications:
· Pleasant, professional and friendly with excellent interpersonal skills
· Sense of humor and ability to have fun is a must
· Highly organized, accurate and attention to detail
· Analytical in independent problem-solving skills
· Highly proficient in Microsoft office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
· Experience in Salesforce is a bonus
· Excellent written and verbal skills
· Ability to handle multiple responsibilities
· Strong personal and business ethic and integrity is a must
· Desire to grow and learn within the practice
