Are you organized, dependable, and thrive in a dynamic office environment? We are a well-established, family-owned travel agency with over 25 years in the industry, and we’re looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team full-time in our uniquely charming and tech-savvy office.
About the Role:
As an Administrative Assistant, you'll play a key role in keeping our office running smoothly. No two days are the same—you'll be answering phones, supporting our travel consultants, and assisting with various administrative tasks in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
Provide day-to-day administrative support to office staff
Assist with client communications and follow-up
Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital)
Support booking processes and documentation as needed
Handle miscellaneous office duties as assigned
Requirements:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Professional communication, both verbal and written
Proficient with office technology and standard software
Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a collaborative team
Previous experience in travel or hospitality industry is a plus, but not required
