An international manufacturing company is looking to hire a detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to manage inventory and oversee shipping, receiving, and repackaging. This role requires initiative, problem-solving, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Pick, pack, and ship customer orders

Assemble packaging and replenish stock

Maintain inventory records and complete data entry

Inspect incoming products and raw materials

Manage courier and transportation services

Prepare customs documentation for cross-border shipments

Maintain a safe and organized warehouse

2-3 years shipping/receiving experience

Proficiency with computerized inventory systems (ACCPAC an plus)

Forklift certification, health & safety, and First Aid training a plus

Experience with Canada-U.S. Customs software

Strong MS Office skills

Excellent communication (Spanish bilingualism is a plus)

Organized, dependable, and able to work under pressure
