Apartment Maintenance Technician – HVAC Certified Preferred

Location: Columbus, OH

We are seeking a skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team! The ideal candidate will have their HVAC certification and strong experience in all aspects of apartment maintenance.

Responsibilities:

Complete resident work orders in a timely and professional manner

Perform make-ready tasks to prepare apartments for new move-ins

Maintain property grounds to keep the community clean and safe

Conduct painting, basic plumbing, basic electrical, and appliance repairs

Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems (certified candidates preferred)

Assist with preventative maintenance and emergency repairs

Qualifications:

HVAC certification strongly preferred

Previous apartment maintenance experience required

Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, and appliance repair

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
