Summary:

Operate and monitor production machinery in a plastics manufacturing environment

Set up machines, raw materials, and packaging supplies to meet production schedules

Perform quality checks to ensure customer and company standards are met

Support continuous improvement, safety, and teamwork on the production floor

Responsibilities:

Safely operate and monitor slitting, extrusion, or other production equipment

Follow written and verbal operating procedures, work orders, and schedules

Record production data, quality results, and equipment adjustments

Troubleshoot basic equipment or process issues and escalate when needed

Package, label, and stage finished goods and scrap material

Requirements:

Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience (plastics preferred)

Ability to read and follow work orders, schedules, and safety procedures

Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety

Comfortable with computerized systems for machine settings and data entry

Physically able to lift and move raw materials and finished products
