Keen observation is key—track and dissect every nuance in machine performance, cycle times, and product quality. When challenges arise, leverage your comprehensive troubleshooting skills to solve problems swiftly, collaborating with maintenance for significant repairs.

Quality control is non-negotiable. Inspect parts diligently, rectify defects promptly, and maintain unwavering quality standards.

Qualifications:

Strong mechanical aptitude and mastery of thermoforming machinery.

Familiarity with plastic materials and robust troubleshooting expertise.

Physical endurance for prolonged standing and manual task execution.
