Bartender

Shake things up in Bangalore’s buzzing hospitality scene as a Bartender at our brand-new restaurant. Known as India’s nightlife capital, here every cocktail tell a story, every guest interaction is an experience, and every shift feels like being a part of the city’s nonstop celebration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, and beverages with consistency, creativity and flair;

- Engage with guests, offering recommendations and creating memorable bar experiences;

- Develop and maintain knowledge of cocktail trends, premium spirits, and wine selections;

- Ensure bar is fully stocked, organized, and presented at all times;

- Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards behind the bar;

- Manage billing accurately when handling guest orders;

- Contribute to the lively and welcoming atmosphere of the restaurant through personality and professionalism.

What we are looking for:

- Proven bartending experience in fine-dining restaurant, premium lounges, or luxury hotels;

- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines and craft beverages;

- Strong communication skills with fluency in English

- Ability to perform under pressure and maintain service quality;

- Creativity and flair in mixology;

- Teamwork adaptability, working closely with F&B staff to ensure smooth operations;
