Special Services Manager / Business Development
Join zTrip in a leadership role that combines fleet operations, driver recruitment, and business growth. We’re looking for a proactive manager to oversee transportation services for school children, seniors, and individuals with disabilities—while also expanding our driver workforce and service contracts.Key Responsibilities of a Special Services Manager:
Manage daily operations for special service contracts and ensure smooth, compliant transportation
Serve as the main contact for all department communications and inquiries
Track vehicle and driver assignments using internal systems
Recruit, onboard, and train new drivers—aiming for 10% monthly growth
Build relationships with clients and respond to new business opportunities
Lead driver orientation sessions and promote referral programs
Ensure compliance with ADA, FDOT, and FTA regulations
Monitor performance metrics like trip completion and on-time rates
Support contract renewals, amendments, and RFP submissionsWhat You’ll Need as a Special Services Manager:
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience in transportation, dispatch, or fleet management
Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities
Familiarity with compliance standards and onboarding processes
