Production Engineering Analyst

Responsibilities: Including, but not limited to the following:

- Analyze and troubleshoot production processes to identify inefficiencies, quality issues, or bottlenecks, and recommend corrective actions.

- Manage and maintain production engineering data in ERP and other systems to monitor throughput, resources, and costs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, system enhancements, and new production solutions.

- Monitor operations, provide technical guidance, and ensure compliance with quality and industry standards.

- Develop, test, and implement configuration or equipment changes to meet production requirements.

- Conduct cost and performance analyses, recommending strategies to increase profitability and long-term efficiency.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering AND at least 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing
