To empower them with confidence, help them stay focused, and be their go-to champion in the classroom.

Contract: Full time – Starting ASAP

Salary: £100 - £105 per day

Key Responsibilities:

Provide dedicated 1:1 support to a student with special educational needs (SEN), including ASD, ADHD or SEMH

Support learning activities, adapting them to suit the student’s unique needs

Collaborate with class teachers and the SENCO to implement EHCP strategies

Encourage independence while being a reassuring presence

Celebrate the small wins—because every step forward counts!

Occasionally break into spontaneous dance (not required, but highly encouraged)

Must-Haves:

GCSEs (or equivalent) in English & Maths

A relevant TA qualification (Level 2/3) or experience supporting SEN students

A big heart, endless patience, and the ability to laugh when the laminator breaks (again)

Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply
