Job Overview:

Pharos Production Inc. is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats from customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries related to our products and services. This position allows you to work from the comfort of your home while delivering high-quality support to our clients.

Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service through multiple communication channels (phone, email, chat).

Answer customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and offer solutions regarding products and services.

Process orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring accurate and timely completion.

Maintain customer records in our CRM system, documenting interactions, issues, and resolutions.

Assist customers with navigating the company website and placing orders online.

Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally, aiming for quick and effective resolutions.

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and confirm that issues have been resolved.

Upsell or cross-sell additional products/services based on customer needs.

Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and meet performance targets.

Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and helpful information.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.

1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.

Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on providing quick and effective solutions.

Proficiency in using customer service tools (CRM software, email, and live chat platforms).

Ability to multitask and stay organized while managing a high volume of customer interactions.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively.

A reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace at home.

Previous experience in the production or manufacturing industry is a plus but not required.
