This is a pivotal role for a marketing leader who thrives on building meaningful connections with audiences, driving brand love, and delivering world-class campaigns that resonate across platforms. You’ll lead the development of our long-term brand strategy, oversee creative operations, and drive a culturally relevant social media presence that keeps Disney+ top of mind—and heart.
What You’ll Do
As Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll be at the helm of our brand in Spain, responsible for:
Brand Strategy
Leading the development of Disney+’s marketing strategy in Spain, identifying trends and opportunities to grow the business.
Defining and evolving the local brand positioning, purpose, and editorial voice.
Translating business goals and audience insights into long-term brand strategies that guide marketing, content, and product decisions.
Building emotional connections with audiences through storytelling, not just campaigns.
Partnering with Brand Managers to ensure campaign execution aligns with overarching brand strategy.
Collaborating closely with Acquisition and Retention teams to deliver a 360 marketing approach.
Monitoring the competitive landscape and making strategic recommendations to stay ahead.
Creative Operations
Leading end-to-end campaign project management—from briefing to delivery.
Managing workflows across internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely, on-brand, and on-budget execution.
Optimizing creative processes and tools to scale campaign delivery.
Social Media Strategy
Owning the local social media strategy across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube.
Driving always-on content and campaign activations that spark engagement and cultural relevance.
Leading a team of strategists, creators, and community managers to grow our social voice and presence.
Analytics & Insights
Partnering with the Insights & Analytics team to ensure consumer-first thinking.
Using data to inform content development, optimize performance, and refine strategy.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a marketing leader who combines strategic thinking with creative flair and operational excellence. You’ll bring:
4+ years of experience in marketing strategy at a senior level within FMCG, entertainment, or streaming services.
A proven track record of building and executing brand strategies that drive awareness and engagement.
Deep understanding of the Spanish media landscape, consumer behavior, and competitive environment.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate insights into action.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
A collaborative, curious, and innovative mindset.
