Personal Injury Paralegal

Job Description

Busy Personal Injury firm seeks an experienced Paralegal with at least two years experience handling Personal Injury cases. Candidate must have experience with different medical records and requesting medical records. Experience preparing settlement/demand packages. Experience doing litigation work such as responding to demands, handling BPs, RJIs, filing Notes of Issue, etc., is required.
