Position Summary

We are seeking a seasoned HVAC Installing Technician with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and delivers precision and quality in every installation.

Key Responsibilities

Perform residential and light commercial HVAC system installations including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork.

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

Conduct start-ups and performance testing of installed systems.

Ensure all work complies with local codes and safety regulations.

Communicate clearly with customers and team members.

Maintain accurate documentation of installations and service records.

Maintain a clean, organized job site and company vehicle.

Requirements

5+ years of proven HVAC installation experience.

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and installation best practices.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) required.

NATE certification a plus.

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in varied environments (attics, rooftops, etc.).
