We are looking for a TT-Distributed Software Engineer to design and optimize distributed systems that scale across our cutting-edge AI and HPC clusters. You’ll work across multiple nodes, developing low-level communication layers and distributed infrastructure that push the limits of inference and training performance on Tenstorrent’s scalable architectures.

This role is hybrid, based out of Warsaw or Gdansk, Poland.

Who You Are

Proficient in C/C++ with a solid foundation in systems programming and operating system fundamentals.

Fascinated by distributed systems, inter-process communication (IPC), and how computation scales across nodes.

Always questioning how things work and how they could be better, faster, leaner.

Eager to grow into an expert in large-scale, high-performance computing infrastructure.

What We Need

Architect and implement TT-Distributed, our custom software framework for distributed AI workloads.

Design communication systems using IPC, sockets, and MPI for high scalability and fault tolerance.

Optimize distributed execution across CPUs and AI accelerators, including cluster resource management via tools like Slurm.

Work closely with researchers and hardware teams to integrate distributed compute with Tenstorrent’s runtime stack.

What You Will Learn

How to build and tune distributed runtimes for next-generation RISC-V and AI hardware.

Techniques for synchronization, fault tolerance, and high-performance scaling in multi-node environments.

Best practices in cluster-level profiling, debugging, and performance tuning.
