Role and Responsibilities
As a Recruitment Admin, you will work closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and support them. In this role you will be responsible with:
in-depth searches to find best talent across several countries, with critical impact on the future commercial success of Samsung Europe
coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring teams
maintain applicant tracking system - Workday with up-to-date candidate information
post job openings on internal and external job boards
assist with initial resume screening and candidate communication
manage recruitment reports, metrics, and dashboards
organize and maintain recruitment files and documentation
assist with background checks and pre-employment verifications
provide administrative support to recruiters and hiring managers as needed

Skills and Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in Human Resources
1+ years of experience in a recruiting or HR administrative role
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Advanced level of English (French or German will be a plus)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
