Job Description

We are hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner/Housekeeper to join our janitorial team! This is a floater role, meaning you will work across multiple residential buildings in both Chicago and Elmhurst. The ideal candidate is dependable, flexible with scheduling, and has experience working in multi-residential or janitorial settings.

Schedule: On call, Monday to Friday, Starting 7 :30 am - 4 pm ( gets minimum 20 hours per week and has the possibility to go above based on service requests).

Scope of Work:

Travel to the multi residential buildings to regularly clean elevator, lobby, stainless steel, windows, carpets etc. and any other space as planned or directed also clean the guest turnover units assigned to you.

Dust, Mop or vacuum surfaces. Maintain all hallways in excellent conditions.

Sweep and scrub as per schedule.

Clean tenant amenities (e.g. Common areas, shared event room(s), etc)

Deep clean, sanitize, and perform duties, including but not limited to routine, deep, and touch up of move in-move out cleaning

Deep clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces such as door handles, bathroom fixtures, kitchen area as needed

Clean inside and outside the windows (remove window panels if needed).

Empty garbage, take out plastics, and recycle as required.

Service garbage room and chutes as required.

Haul garbage bins to compactor and safely operate compactor.

Maintain exterior amenities (pool, common areas in courtyard), including litter pickup, periodic scrubbing or power washing, run leaf blower.

Use our mobile application daily to check in, upload pictures, and check out.Must-Haves to Be Considered:

At least 2 years of in multi- residential buildings including housekeeping/office/commercial cleaning (e.g. Airbnb, tenant turnover, hotel with kitchenettes, etc.) and residential move-in/move-out cleaning experience

Available to work according to the schedule mentioned.

Ability to lift up to 25 Pounds weight.

Good verbal communication skills.

A mobile phone with internet access and iOS 14+ or Android 7+ versions.

Having own personal vehicle to move around is required

Ability to work independently without direct supervision.

Willing to undergo a criminal background check.

Be reliable, professional, and be on time with strong attention to detail.Wage rate: $20.00/hour
