Your role
Assess customer needs regularly, update support plans and signpost to education, training and employment
Support customers with daily living tasks such as cooking and cleaning
Offer advice to help customers maintain their tenancy
Assist with managing finances and welfare benefits
Encourage social inclusion and help customers build confidence, resilience and self-esteem
Ensure safeguarding responsibilities are met
Your skills
Experience working with vulnerable people
Positive and supportive approach to working with young people with diverse needs
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an approachable attitude
Knowledge of support planning, key working, risk assessment and safeguarding
Ability to work independently and use initiative
Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel or similar
NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards it
