Salary:

Tug Boat Captain

Qualifications:

5 + years total experience in a Captain role.

High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

This position requires fluent use of the verbal and written English language.

Ability to work 12-hour shifts.

Strong knowledge of industry related software.

Required Certifications or Licenses:

Merchant Mariners Credentials (MMC)

Master of Towing endorsement

TWIC

CPR/AED First Aid Certification

Valid Drivers license

Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with companys Safety Management System (SMS), customer requirements, and all regulatory agencies.

Ensure safe work environment by leading by example and guiding Crew Members based on federal guidelines, USCG CFR, and company SMS..

Performs the maintenance repair program for vessels and/or ensures the program is being followed.

Assist with project pre-voyage plans and logistics.

Perform other duties or task as required based on companys needs.

Shift:

14 days on/14 days off, flexible schedule and rotation

Pay:

From $500.00 per day
