Position Details Company name: Dalip Plumbing & Heating Ltd Business Address: 31034 Sidoni Avenue, Abbotsford, BC, V2T 5K1 Position: Plumber Type of employment: Full-Time, Permanent No of positions: 1 Salary: $36.60 per hour Anticipated Start date: As soon as possible.

Work Location: Various locations in Surrey & Abbotsford (BC) and other areas in Lower Mainland & Fraser Valley (BC) as per the companys contracts with its clients.

Job Responsibilities Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of the plumbing system, water supply network, and waste and drainage systems.

Prepare cost estimations for required plumbing work.

Install, repair, and maintain domestic or commercial plumbing fixtures and systems.

Locate and mark positions for pipe connections, passage holes, and fixtures in walls and floors.

Cut openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipe and pipe fittings with attention to existing infrastructure.

Measure, cut, bend, and thread pipes using hand and power tools or machines.

Check pipes for leakages using air and water pressure tools.

Join pipes using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, etc.

Troubleshoot and fix issues related to water supply lines.

Communicate with co-workers and other tradesmen.

Job Requirements Completion of Secondary School Completion of an apprenticeship program in the plumbing trade OR minimum 3 years of work experience in the trade.

Ability to communicate in English.
