Job Description Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with a minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, with emphasis on hydraulics, PLCs, press brakes, lasering equipment, and sheet metal fabrication.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a heavy manufacturing environment, supporting big skid fabrication projects, maintaining and troubleshooting fabrication equipment, and ensuring smooth production operations.

Candidates must also be flexible and open to working any assigned shift.

Key Responsibilities• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on hydraulic systems (cylinders, pumps, valves), ensuring proper operation and reliability.• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain PLCs, control circuits, drives, and related electrical components.• Maintain and repair fabrication equipment including press brakes, laser cutting machines, shears, and roll formers.• Support big skid fabrication projects by coordinating maintenance requirements and minimizing downtime.• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals for machine troubleshooting and repair.• Carry out welding, grinding, and fitting tasks to support machinery upkeep.• Utilize maintenance management systems for work orders, scheduling, and reporting.• Enforce safety standards, including lockout/tagout procedures, equipment guarding, and PPE usage.• Communicate with supervisors, engineering, and production teams on equipment status and recurring issues.

Qualifications• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience in metal fabrication, automotive, or heavy manufacturing environments.• Strong hands-on knowledge of hydraulics and PLCs.• Direct experience with press brakes, laser cutters, and sheet metal machinery.• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.• Welding and fabrication skills (MIG/TIG a plus).• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and time-management skills.• Knowledge of safety practices in an industrial setting.• Flexibility to work any of the following shifts: oA Shift: 5:00 a.m.

– 1:00 p.m.

oB Shift: 1:00 p.m.

– 9:00 p.m.

oC Shift: Overnight Preferred Skills• Experience with large skid fabrication or modular projects.• Familiarity with CNC machine controls, VFDs, and advanced press brake programming.• Certifications in hydraulics, PLC programming, or welding.• Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
